Unlike many other property managers in the area, we do not do real estate sales in addition to property management, meaning the management of our clients' properties is our sole focus.

Because we don't do real estate sales, we have no conflict of interest with our clients, that is, no incentive to pressure our clients to sell their properties with us.

We use AppFolio Property Manager, an industry-leading product, as our main property management software. AppFolio provides functionality and streamlined workflows for countless property management tasks, enabling us to operate efficiently. Its benefits to our clients and tenants include its online portals, electronic payment capabilities, and professional financial reports.

Tenant Turner allows us to post listings for our clients' vacant units on 12+ apartment listing websites with a single click, maximizing their visibility and reducing the time it takes to lease the unit. Tenant Turner also measures each listing's traffic and collects feedback from viewers, so evidence-based adjustments to listings can be made on the fly.

LeadSimple allows us to create custom workflows for our intricate property management processes, such as our lease renewal process and unit turn process, and then use these custom workflows to manage our many simultaneously-ongoing processes of each type. 
​LeadSimple makes it so that we follow the same exact process for every one of our tenants and clients, so that everyone receives consistent, high-quality service.
